I wanted to set to 4 minutes and so I said 00'04'00, is that correct?
I was not able even to get that far with audacity, how would you go to
a specific location in that program? Are there any audacity tutorials
specific for voiceover?

I find that audacity is much more efficient for these kinds of tasks. I like
Amadeus for batch processing etc., but for editing audacity is simpler to use
and allows you to be extremely precise while editing in an accessible way,
down to milliseconds.
