Hey Chris. If you want to use that add account button in the future, you need to mouse click on it with VO shift space. This is something that happens from time to time. Sometimes buttons can't be pressed with VO space, they need the mouse click with VO shift space. If you don't have the mouse following the VO cursor, you'll need to first route it there with VO command f5.
