What's difficult in upgrading a mac mini? I mean are you talking about 
upgrading the Ram or the OS? The OS install is as simple as it gets, and I find 
that changing the ram is not any more difficult than on any other computer. If 
anything it's easier because it's easier to find the ram slot...
