[macvoiceover] need help

Hi, All,

I don't know what I did, but now my Mac Mail is more sluggish. Before I did
whatever I did, I could arrow up and down my Inbox and VoiceOver would
instantly interrupt itself as soon as I pressed the up or down arrow, or even
when I pressed the delete key on a message. Now VoiceOver continues
speakingfor about a second or so when I press an arrow key or the delete key
before acting on my keystroke.
Also, Safari is bogged down. When I type in my password for my eHarmony
account, for example, VoiceOver says "Safari busy" for at least 3 minutes.
Plus, when I am typing info in a secure field, I don't hear audible clicks with
every press of a key like I did before.

I can't imagine what I had done, but I must have pressed a key or several key
combinations to change something.

Can anyone assist me in putting things right?

Thanks

Allen
