Just to let all be aware,
I spent 2 hours Friday on the phone with tech support and then a senior
developer with apple, and then they sent me to the apple store to verify
also.

Since m l installed the following and this was verified with apple even with
the tech looking at my screen and they duplicated the issue on their mac,
and it was also verified at the apple store on a new m b p, mac mini, iMac.

Here it is;

Found it using iPhoto and it is also with other areas.

Open iPhoto,
Select a photo,
Do a command I to open the info pain,
Read all the info with voice over,
Now do another command I to close the info pain,
Now try to select another photo with v o,
V o is still reading the info pain info, but the info pain is not on the
screen any more after closing it with command I.
The only way to remove the pain from being red when it is not there to a
person with eyes is to totally quit iPhoto app.

We also discovered it is not local to iPhoto.

i.e. when you have a tech person look at your screen with you you have to
min the safari connection to this process. Now when I quit iPhoto and was
on my desktop doing the left arrow to read the icons on my desktop it was
reading what v o thought was the tech's connection window which was minized.
This was also verified by the tech on their mac.

Like I said this was also verified at the apple store on all their new
devices.

It has been escalated to high high priority to be fixed.

Just a heads up to all.
