[macvoiceover] Re: mailboxes not showing in mailbox list

You maybe have something that isn't expanded. Find the mailboxes that say 
collapsed and try right-arrowing on them. if this doesn't work, do 
vokeys-backslash on them. i'm assuming that your mailbox list itself isn't 
hidden. I've now hidden my mailboxes list since i have the boxes I usually 
access in my favorites bar.
