Ron,
I have an issue similar to this from time to time and had it before
safari 4 and before I started using web kit. It usually happens if i
move away from my composition window and then move back. I can fix
this in one of two ways and the latter works every time. the first
way is to click zoom in the window menu. the second way is to use vo
to read part of the composition and then I can use regular arrows to
work with it.
