[macvoiceover] looking for a utility

Hi, all,
I think this may be just a pipe dream but does anyone know of a
utility that will convert m3u playlists into itunes format (probably
xml)? There appear to be those that will work the other way but not
one that will do what I wish. It's too bad 'cause I have a great many
that I'd like to convert and then stop using the other program, but I
fear it's a lost cause. Thanks.
