[macvoiceover] lcd section in itunes is dynamically updated in snow leopard:

One thing needs mentioning that I really like about snow leopard and
vo. In leopard, in order to refresh the content in the lcd section,
it was necessary to move away and then back to it. This no longer the
case with snow leopard. The content is updated as it changes so if
you are listening to audio you have access to the current
information. this is especially good for braille users because it
shows up right on the display if you have focus set to the lcd area.
