[macvoiceover] itunes 12

Hello all,
Since itunes 12, the lay-out of the program is changed so much.
e.g. I miss the column to change from library to music, I-device…
(I don’t know what the exact name is of that bar).
The practical problem at the moment is that I can’t make a complete backup of
my iphone and set this backup back.
Any hints to restore itunes 12.x to a voiceover-friendly lay-out are very
welcome.
Or, a way to handle the new lay-out with voiceover on osx 10.10.1 are very
welcome.
