Hi John I agree with all you're saying. My questions were aimed more at VaShaun because his message did suggest much of what was being said could be prevented with training, and I do think it's important to distinguish between what's user error and what's a software flaw if we're going to get the kind of VoiceOver improvements we're asking for.
