[macvoiceover] ipod transfers

I am trying to help carla transfer music from her computer to her
refurbished ipod
shuffle. Can somebody please tell me how i find clear steps for doing
this? Also, somebody made a comment about registering it but did not
mention how she registers it; can you please give that information? The
email Keith forwarded to Carla doesn't appear to talk about transfering at
all but it refers to ipod setup; where is ipod setup?
