[macvoiceover] iTunes busy, really busy

iTunes is basically stuck, giving me busy busy busy.
If I wait and wait, I eventually hear something like the item in the source
table I'm on, but then if I touch a key I get iTunes busy.
I've already done a repair permissions.
Any thought on what could cause a program to freeze like this?
Ok, just checked and it seems to linked to my iPhone being plugged in.I pulled
the cable and qute iTunes. When I re-opened things were fine.
