Hi again,

Please disregard this message… I figured it out!  First, my Airport Express was 
unplugged!  Then I had to plug it in using a network cable to configure it and 
now all is well!  Message to self, check to make sure everything is plugged in 
before spending hours fighting with technology.  LOL
