Does anyone know if iTunes has a minimum amount you must have on a gift card
balance before requiring a credit card?
I am attempting to gift a app from one training account to another account.
We are only using gift cards and will not be putting a card on file.
But when I attempt to gift the app it says a payment method is required
even though I have $23 left from the gift card.
