[macvoiceover] iPhone metronome

Ok, it seems like iTick, the nicely accessible metronome for iPhone has
disappeared.
Anyone have a good metronome solution for iPhone using Voiceover?
iTick allowed you to set 2 different sounds for the beats in a measure, which
was a huge help, so that feature would be a plus.
