Hi Ed,
I have the same thing happen sometimes, only I get two reply buttons,
not move buttons. The nice thing about a touch screen though, is that
once you know where a button is, it doesn't move, so when I get two
reply buttons, I know that the left one is actually the delete button
so can press that and delete the message.
The 3.0.1 update is only to fix a security issue with text messages.
There is a 3.1 update that's supposed to be out soon that will have
new functionality, though not sure what that will look like.

Also, I see a notice periodically about an update to the operating
system from 3.0 to 3.01. Any idea whether that would help? Does
version 3.01 have any new benefits for VoiceOver users?
