I assume "dash" is the name of your cell phone--I'm sure I'm showing my ignorance!!! Your Mac can't do anything with your Windows Mobile phone unless you first install missing sync; it does not come on your computer and I am sorry I don't have the link in front of me; you should be able to google it. Then when you plug your phone in, if it is the type that works with missing sync, you'll be taken through setup, including installing onto your Windows mobile phone. After that you will be able to sync the phone with your Mac.
