I would call apple accessibility on that one, they will tell you what its
safe to do now.

Hi, I was able to get most of my settings moved over to my new iPhone 12.
The big problem now, is that all of the apps I have downloaded, are hanging
at 55% downloaded. Any ideas how I can get this process to get completed?
it is now at 12 hours.
