When you encounter a table or a list, you must interact with it. You
choose to interact with it by pressing VO shift down arrow. Think of
it as if you're focusing on the table, or squinting at it to bring it
into finer resolution. Once you've finished with it, press VO shift
Up arrow to stop interaction and regain a more general "view," of your
current working area.
