Good morning group,
A few weeks ago I wrote asking for help because i was getting messages telling
me that my hd was full. After checking files, and all that I came up with no
reason as to why I was getting those messages.
However, after taking my mac to the apple store just to have it looked at to
see if I was missing something, it turened out that I was.
I'm sharing this because there may be someone who was like me, and didn't know
this so I hope this can help someone.
There was apparently a folder in mail which is called recovered messages. I was
completely unaware of this folder because it was never displayed when I browsed
through my folders and mailboxes previously. Anyways, there were like thousands
of messages that had been stored in this folder without my knowledge. This
ended up being the reason for why my hd was filling up.
So, if anyone ever has that issue, please remember to check this folder in case
it may be the issue. :)
