[macvoiceover] help!

Hi List,
I turned on the Mac Mini for the first time this morning. I heard it say
English after a while, hit some key or other, and eventually did command-f5 to
bring up Voiceover. It's speaking German and it has words like Luxemburg and
Austria and Deutchland when I down arrow. How do I restart and get it into
English? I don't have sighted help at all. I'm clueless. Anybody got any ideas?
