[macvoiceover] Re: getting tired of Apple Mail getting sluggish and want ideas how to stop it!

I'm kind of stumped here, as well.  It sounds like you've taken all the logical 
steps, deleting your preferences, etc.  Have you tried deleting your accounts 
and starting over?  This has resolved some issues I've experienced with mail.
