[macvoiceover] getting the downloads list to show in Safari

If this has been covered or solved already, I'm sorry; I didn't see that 
message.  I thought I'd post it for anyone interested, the way that I've found 
to make the downloads list pop up when you hit Command Option L like it's 
supposed to.  Just press the "enter full screen button," first, and then 
trigger it with command option L.
