Hi, Marty,
I had some old vo emails concerning this very topic, and went thru
them. I found out that there is a my frame with html content on the
page after I hit the download now button, so I interacted with it and
there was the button, just like the email said! So, I have it
installed and am good to go! The very thing holding me up was the
issue with saving mail, which David solved this morning! Thanks for
your reply, and hope this info helps others too! Marcy
