the pop ups are labeled. the only way to remove a field that I know of is to populate it, you can ignore it though.

wanted to make? Also, in the contact I was trying to edit, there were fields for Assistant
(assistant's name, phone, email, etc) and the same for friend (whateverthat's for. This person is a friend of mine, so I have no need to include work info for her at all. Is it possible to remove fields that you don't
want to use? Thanks again, Donna

Hi, Donna, Some of the popups are not labelled. But, if you go into a popup and change what is in there, the label for the popup then appears. For example, the field for the email address is not labelled. But I went into one of the popups and changed it, and then it told me it was the email field, and there was even an add email button. Then, you can go back into the popup and make the choice that best fits. Hope this helps! There is a pop-up next to the home phone, but I assume that would simply change the status of the home number from home to whatever I select. I have also found that when you type in a phone number addressbook will fill in the dashes. I went into a friend's contact to change her email, and hermobile number disappeared. I see no field or button that will allow me to restore it. If you can't add a simple phone number, I would not consider the app to be accessible, that should be an absolute minimum for what one can do.
