all your apps are in the apps folder, access it by command-shift-a an mac keystroke. command-shift-c accesses your conputer, command-shift- h opens your home folder.

I would not recommend adding apps to the desktop which is just a finder window like the rest above. To ad an application to the doc, open it, go to the doc, find it, down arrow to kep in doc and press enter.

Hi all,

Can someone explain how you add an application to the dock?

Also, is it possible to just place apps on the desktop so that you don’t have to go to the dock first?
Thanks in advance,,
Donna
