Hi all,

I am using outlook 2016 on my macbook air with the latest version of the OS.

I want to  be able to delete all messages from a particular sender. I can
arrange the inbox on the basis of “from” which shows collapsed groups of
messages from each person. However, when I press delete or command delete on
the collapsed group, nothing happens. Obviously I can expand the group and
manually select down the messages, but this is pretty time consuming when there
are dozens of them. Anyone got any thoughts?

Gary
