[macvoiceover] customizing Voiceover for programs

Hi:
There is no way to customize Voiceover for a specific program is there? I
dearly miss that feature if not. I would, for example, like the numbers to be
said as digits in Text Edit as I have a contacts file there and it's easier to
get a phone number when you hear single digits. However, when reading emails I
would rather have it say the full numbers. Thanks.>
