Are these system commands as opposed to VO commands, and if so, where is a good lace to learn them?

to delete a file:
1. Select the file you want to move to the trash.
2. Press cmd+backspace.
3. Empty your trash.

to make a new folder:
1. Go to the place you want the folder.
2. Press cmd+shift+N to make new folder.
3. Type the folder name.
4. Press enter and the folder should be created.

Note that pressing enter on a folder let's you rename it.

Subject: [macvoiceover] creating folders

Hi everyone.

Can someone please tell me how I go about creating folders on my mac? I want to move all my school stuff to my mac machine but can't figure out how to make folders and for that matter where they are, smile.

Also, how do I delete a file I created? I tried pressing delete on the file but it doesn't do anything, thanks.

May, now using my MacBook
