[macvoiceover] copy and pste in iTunes

Hello all,
I currently have my iPod touch set to auto sync. I would like to know if there
is anyone who uses manual sync? If so, do you copy and paste your songs into
your iPod's or iPhone's playlists? And if you do, how do you go about doing
this?
