[macvoiceover] clicking the mouse on an arbitrary spot

Is there a way in VO to click the mouse on an arbitrary spot on the
screen -- if a sighted person uses the track pad and gets the mouse to a
certain point, can I store this in a hotspot -- I have a site where you
move the mouse to a point and then a javascript or java menu comes up --
its lousy but that is the way they do things.
