[macvoiceover] Re: checkbox in vo utility, general

Well, here it is right from vo utility help:

Select the checkbox to display the dialog each time VoiceOver starts.

Since my checkbox doesn't stay checked, I don't get the welcome dialogue I 
created.

Sure seems like a bug to me.
