Hi,

There is no need to convert to upload and convert to epub. ibooks can read
pdfs just fine. You can sync them through itunes which streamlines this
process.

Regarding the uncompression of bookshare files, there is some problem with the
format which is being fixed by bookshare.

the Unarchiver quit working for me with 10.6.4 upgrade.

stuffit expander works fine though.

an xml to epub converter is probably out there in the wild or will be soon.
that would make this simpler as well. I could even put together an automator
script.
