OK, thanks. I could not find it so far, but I will keep looking. The
current version seems to be 2.1.2, if I remember correctly. Is that
the one which is not accessible? In the release notes, there seem to
be a lot of voiceover bugs.

How can I tell the screen reader version -- will it say so on the

Either the accessible version of audacity or Amadeus pro will do what you
need. Audacity is free though, and I personally find it a bit quicker to
use. Make sure you download the screen reader version, as the latest
version is not yet accessible.

Hi. I am interested in using my Macbook Pro for audio editing. I
never bothered with this kind of app before, but now I have upgraded
my Mac to a more recent version so it has enough umph to do it.
I am not interested in synthesis, but editing, maybe vst plugins, I
have had to do time stretching and other things at times, so I wonder
what is accessible out there for the Mac?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
