[macvoiceover] anyone using Ondesoft audio book converter?

HI. I have been using Ondesoft audiobook converter to convert books to mp3. 
Mostly converting audible books. so that I can play them on any player, like 
voice dream reader on my iPhone.  I have noticed tiny skips in some parts of 
the book. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
