Hi,
Voice Over does work with Fusion, even to the point that you can alter the 
settings such as RAM, HD etc.  Jaws work but you may wish to remap some keys to 
be better placed, for example you won't have an insert key on an Apple keyboard 
and caps lock may not work as a Jaws key.  I use a program called Sharp Keys to 
do this.  I don't know of any accessible games on the Mac App Store but would 
be interested if there were any.
