right. You don't get told a number of links in safari any more either when
you go to them in the rotor but you do get the links in the rotor.

Hi Cheryl,
For example when you typed a choice in itemchooser it gives you the number
of choices but it does not seem to do that but the choices still seem to be
there. Its probably just me.

Can you be more specific about your item chooser question?
In Disk Utility, you run what is called First Aid. If you select a disk,
you are asking to repair the selected disk's partition scheme. If you
select a volume, you are asking to repair the volume's directory structure.
It is best for thoroughness to start by running First Aid on the disk if
you are having a problem, and then run First Aid on each of the volumes.

Hi folks,
I am just now getting around to upgrading a couple of our computers to El
Capatin. My first question is about repairing permissions. It looks like
repairing the disk is the only way. Am I missing something.
The second question has to do with the item chooser. It seems a little
different or am I just missing something.
Thaks.
