[macvoiceover] Re: Voice over not turning off

Hi Keith,

Actually,  I think this is related to Voiceover.  But, I don't think its a 
problem like you mentioned.  When using Voiceover, the speaker stays active for 
maybe 10 to 15 seconds on average after your phone has been locked.  This is 
why as soon as you lock your device, if you press the up or down volume, you 
will here that popping effect VO makes when the volume buttons are depressed.  
Wait another minute or 2, press it again, and you will not here the noise.

I bring this up because, sometimes your device not properly go into standby, 
and this is a good way to figure out if its happening to you.
