I got a dialog that said I may need a “Mode change to interact with menus and
submenus” is this something I do in settings?

Hmm, I don’t think the problem is the website only but perhaps something in
your settings. If accessibility no longer worked at all on the website I
would think I would be having the same experience as you. Have you made sure
you don’t have quicknav on or that something else in your settings isn’t
causing this?

I’m not able to use the roder at all. All I get when I tab or use the arrow
keys is “Menu” The links menu and forms menu brings up items, but I can’t
activate them.

I am not having a problem with accessibility. Are you using my verizon? I
just checked this. Usually I go to verizonwireless. It is true that there
are menus and if you are having trouble getting out of them use your rotor
or use vo-f and look for “my”. You may have to do this a couple of times if
you use vo-f because there is also a “my verizon terms” link. At the sign-in
page, if you have trouble navigating use your rotor and go through the form
fields. Once you find the first form field you shouldn’t have a problem but
if you do use your rotor again. You may then have a secret question page to
do an answer. Once signed in, there are menu buttons or links at the
beginning but if you wait a few seconds and then begin navigating you should
be able to get where you want to go. Again, if you have any problems, using
your rotor should take care of them. I was sure alarmed when I saw your post
so now I am sighing a sigh of relief. we went through a period a few years
ago when my verizon crashed if you encountered a certain place in the page.
Hope these suggestions will work for you.

Hi List,
For those of you who use VZW, have you noticed changes to their website? I’m
no longer able to navigate at all using voice over. Has anyone found a
workaround to this?
The only thing I hear while on any page of the site is “Menu” I tried
pressing escape, using the roder, and arrow keys to navigate all with no
success. If there is a way to fix this, could y’all please share? I even
tried switching the browser in user agent to internet explorer with no
success. I saw in the links menu that there is an accessibility tab, but I’m
not able to click on anything or write in any boxes. :/
Thanks,
