[macvoiceover] VR stream issue

Dear VO users,
The VR Stream will not show up as a drive unless it is powered on. I
also have found that transferring files to the VR Stream is painfully
slow, therefore, I suggest that you always use a card reader, which
will be much faster and not deplete your battery.
