Hi again,
I think I may have solved my issue below. I went into VO Utilities, then Web,
and unchecked “Enable Live Regions”. This seems to have fixed the issue.
Thanks, and hope this may be helpful to others.

Hi everyone,
I am having trouble trying to read the Cult of Mac weekender newsletter in
Safari. It wasn’t reading too well as an email message, so I clicked on the
“view in a web browser” link within the email message.
What is happening is that I will be reading the text of an article, and VO
will begin reading the headings from other articles on that webpage. It is
quite distracting and I don’t know how to fix it. I looked through all the
Safari preferences, thinking it might have something to do with the page
refreshing, but I can’t find a setting to turn off page refresh. Is there
such a setting? Any ideas what might be going on here? This only happens
when I try to read line by line with VO right-arrow. If I do a say all with
VO A, it reads fine. Here’s the link to the website in question if you’d
like to see if you can reproduce my issue. Just press VO Command H till you
get to the heading, “Everything You Need to Know About the New Apple File
System”, and then try reading the article line by line with VO right-arrow.
