Perhaps, but select mode uses the mouse pointer, at least it has the same sounds as the drag and drop. I suspect it will work even if I don't use the VO keys with the arrow keys since select is locked on until VO enter is pressed again. I also wonder if it will work with touchpad commander. I did not think of testing that when I stumbled upon the command. If it does, that will be really exciting for me as I like to use touch as much as possible.
