Thanks much for passing that along, sounds like 3rd part video apps allow you
to select the your blue tooth headset as a mic source, but I havne’t found any
option for the native camera app. If I come across something I’ll let the list
know.
Peace,

Hi
Here someone tells how to do this in a video. The guy has a bit an accent and
there is no further description in the info box. but perhaps this helps:

Hello list, I’m trying to use my blue tooth headset while recording a video
on my iPhone. I’m getting the phone audio through the headset, but it’s
still using the phone’s built in microphone for recording. Does anyone know
if there is a way to change this? No clue if the blue tooth audio will be
high enough quality on the recording, I’m hoping to find out that it’s good
enough once I get it behaving itself.
