[macvoiceover] Re: System UI Server has no windows

Hi Russel,

When you see this system UI server  message just press command-tab and that 
fixes it for me.

The system UI server is part of the MACs operating system and for some reason, 
some times it does not have focus.

It does not seem to be a problem, nor does it seem to indicate a problem.

It does not happen often just once every few months on our laptop.
