[macvoiceover] Switching screen black and white

Hello List,
I have just installed Lion and one of the problems I was hoping would be
corrected is the VO + Command + 8 Key Command to reverse the black on white or
white on black screen appearance, which since installing Snow Leopard has not
been responsive.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this ?
Also, is the screen curtain still active in Lion ?
