[macvoiceover] Re: Standard navigation keys

Ian,

I would rule out a setting issue in this case especially since it does work but 
does not some times. I would try two things. 
1 turn voiceover off then on again to refresh it. 
2 switch windows briefly and make sure the edit field is in focus.
