[macvoiceover] Skipped words when reading with iBooks

I wondered if anybody else has found that sometimes when the next page number
is announced when reading with iBooks, a few words of the text don't get rid.
In mos cases this isn't a significant problem, but I wondered if anybody else
has noticed it and if there is any way to keep this from happening.
