Yes, you can do this.  Send a blank email to 
viphone+subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  ONly thing is, I think the list is set to 
invite only.  Which is a bit weird, don't know why.  Maybe they've done that to 
keep spamers away?
