[macvoiceover] SeeingAI not opening after upgrade; anyone else?

I’m running IOS13.1 on an iPhone 8.  Whenever I launch Seeing AI, it doesn’t 
open.  No error message or anything.  I really like this app, and before I 
write the developer, I want to know if anyone else can duplicate this.
